Each paper shall be examined by the scientific committee and two anonymous reviewers. The author shall receive an abstract of his or her paper in the form of a pdf file. This pdf may be placed on any freely accessible on-line archive no earlier than a year following publication of the volume, indicating the complete bibliographic information for the issue of the review from which it was taken.
